Frequently Asked Questions
To get access to Customer Connect you’ll need to reach out to your local office. Once you’ve spoken with our team, you’ll receive an email inviting you to join Customer Connect.
Setting up your account only takes a few minutes and you may begin using your account right away. You’ll simply need to establish a password and enter a verification number.
If you can’t remember your password, simply click on the link that says “Need help?” You’ll be able reset it by answering a quick verification question and establishing a new password.
There isn’t a mobile app for Customer Connect today, however we continually look for ways to meet all your needs.
If you don’t have access to one of the requested documents, please call your local office to identify alternative documentation or a different delivery method for the request document.
When you’re ready to complete your balance sheet, log on to Customer Connect. You can find a link to the balance sheet on the right side of your screen, under Balance Sheet Resources. Once you’ve clicked the link, save the balance sheet on your computer, enable the document at the top of the screen, and fill out the balance sheet in all applicable areas.
Once you’ve completed the balance sheet, make sure you save the changes. Then upload it back into Customer Connect, either by browsing for the document or using the drag and drop feature.
Customer Connect is optimized for desktop use and is not mobile compatible. If you’re on desktop and having trouble please make sure you’ve tried the following:
- Ensure you are using desktop browser (Chrome works best)
- Ensure file size is under 75 MB
- Ensure file is accepted file type (PDF, JPEG, JPG, PNG, DOC(x), XLS(x), TIF, TXT, EML, MSG)
No, you will have a new password and username for Customer Connect through our new single sign on feature. We will be integrating online banking in the future.
All major internet browsers are supported by Customer Connect, including the following: Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Internet Explorer, and Safari. For the best experience we recommend using Chrome with Customer Connect. A PDF viewer application will be needed to view your documents.
