// Company News

As COVID-19 continues to impact communities across Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky and Tennessee, Farm Credit Mid-America is following the latest state and CDC guidelines to protect our customers and their families, as well as our team members. Supporting and serving our customers remains our top priority.

If you prefer a contact-free experience, we continue to offer the following services:

  • Online banking tools
    We offer a range of online and electronic services through email and online banking. If you are not already enrolled in online banking, we’d be happy to support you in setting up this service. Guidance for enrolling in online banking is also available here.
  • On-site drop boxes
    If you need to make payments or drop off loan documents, tax returns or other paperwork, we encourage you to utilize the drop boxes available at most of our retail office locations. These drop boxes are checked daily. If your local office does not feature a drop box, one of our team members will be happy to help you arrange a way to make a contact-free deposit.

We have partnered with DocuSign to bring you the ability to sign documents via your phone, tablet, or computer. This service allows you to conveniently access and sign your documents quickly and virtually. Our team members will let you know if your loan or crop insurance product is eligible for DocuSign and walk you through the process.

Due to recommended best practices for financial institutions by the CDC, we cannot accept cash payments at this time. We continue to accept checks and online payments. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

We recognize the significant impact of COVID-19 on our customers and communities. Backed by the strength of the Farm Credit System, our commitment to stand beside farmers and producers through both good and challenging times has not changed.

If you would like to discuss the impact of COVID-19 on your operation, contact your Financial Officer. He or she is equipped to review your unique situation and discuss the options available to you.

Thank you for choosing Farm Credit Mid-America.
