For Customer Connect help
New Users
To get access to Customer Connect, you’ll need to reach out to your local office. Once you’ve spoken with our team, you’ll receive an email inviting you to join Customer Connect.
Existing Users
Are you having trouble uploading documents? Customer Connect is optimized for desktop use and is not mobile compatible. If you’re on desktop and having trouble, please make sure you’ve tried the following:
- Use a desktop browser (Chrome works best)
- Make sure your file size is under 75 MB and one of the accepted file types (PDF, JPEG, JPG, PNG, DOC(x), XLS(x), TIF, TXT, EML, MSG)

We currently serve:
- Arkansas including Clay, Craighead, Crittenden, Cross, Desha (northeast of the White River), Greene, Lee, Mississippi, Phillips, Poinsett, and St. Francis counties
- All Indiana counties
- All Kentucky counties, except Ballard, Calloway, Carlisle, Fulton, Graves, Hickman, Marshall and McCracken
- Missouri counties including Carter, Ripley and Wayne counties
- All Ohio counties, except Crawford, Hancock, Lucas, Marion, Ottawa, Sandusky, Seneca, Wood and Wyandot counties
- All Tennessee counties
