Anonymous Reporting

Team members, customers, business partners and vendors can anonymously report concerns about suspected fraud-related activities or workplace issues.

Farm Credit Mid-America’s anonymous reporting system, EthicsPoint, is maintained and operated by NAVEX Global, Inc., an unaffiliated service provider. Concerns submitted to EthicsPoint are sent to Farm Credit Mid-America for review. Individuals have the option to make an anonymous report by contacting EthicsPoint toll-free at (866) 294-3552 or through the EthicsPoint website.

Farm Credit Mid-America prohibits retaliation against anyone who, in good faith, reports a concern. Farm Credit Mid-America is headquartered in Louisville, Kentucky, and serves agribusinesses, farmers and rural residents in Arkansas, Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio, Missouri and Tennessee. View our Bylaws.
