Leadership Team

Heather serves as Chief Administrative Officer for Farm Credit Mid-America. A member of the Executive Committee, she leads Brand Experience, Facilities, Human Resources, Legal Operations, Training and Public Affairs.

She began her Farm Credit career in 1997 as a Recruitment Specialist and has held roles of increasing responsibility including Director of Training, Vice President Human Resources and Executive Vice President Human Capital.

Heather’s agricultural experience began in her youth through 4-H and FFA and has continued to be a passion throughout her life. She holds a bachelor’s in Agricultural Communications from the University of Kentucky and a master’s in Education with a focus on organizational development from the University of Louisville. In 2000, she was named Outstanding Young Alumnus in the University of Kentucky’s College of Agriculture. She has obtained a Certificate in the Essentials of Human Resource Management and is a Certified Professional Coach.

She served on the Farm Credit Foundations Trust Committee (2016-2025) where she held the vice chair and chair positions, and currently serves on the Farm Credit Foundations Board and Plan Sponsor Committee. She also sits on the Leadership Louisville Elevate Council.

Heather enjoys outdoor activities and spending time with her family and friends.
