Registration Steps
- Go to onlinebanking.fcma.com
- Select "Register."
- Enter your Social Security Number, loan/account number, and CIF/customer number.
- Verify your identity via phone. You can select either a text message or phone call. This will be the phone number used in the application process.
- Enter the confirmation code sent to your phone. This could take a few minutes.
- Create your user ID and password and select “Register.”
To register for online banking, you will need your Social Security Number, Account Number, Customer Number, and a Cell Phone number.
Once steps 1-6 have been completed, you can sign in to your new account.
You’ll be prompted to set up your secret security questions the first time you sign in. This will help verify your identity and reset your password in the event you forget it.
Already signed up for automatic payments at closing or with your local office? If so, enjoy the other features in online banking. You do not need to enroll in automatic payments through online banking.
