Mark Barker
Senior Vice President of Agricultural Lending – Kentucky
Mark serves as Senior Vice President of Agricultural Lending in Kentucky for Farm Credit Mid-America.
He began his Farm Credit career in 2002 in Murfreesboro, Tennessee as a Financial Services Officer and has served in various roles of increasing responsibility in agricultural lending in Tennessee and Kentucky.
Mark holds a bachelor’s in Agricultural Economics from the University of Tennessee, a master’s in Agricultural Economics from Murray State University and a graduate degree from the Louisiana State University School of Banking. He is a current member of the Kentucky Agricultural Development Fund Board.
Mark grew up on a cow calf/tobacco farm in Middle Tennessee. Today, he lives in Crestwood, Kentucky, with his wife, Brandy, and their two children, Avery and Jack. In his free time, he enjoys playing golf and spending time with his family.
