- Professional Development & Career Exploration – Interns gain access to workshops, mentorship, and job shadowing experiences that help them explore career paths and build essential professional skills for the future.
- Hands-On Experience & Customer Impact – Interns learn about Farm Credit Mid-America’s culture, processes and operations while contributing to meaningful work that supports our customers and communities.
- Leadership Exposure & Final Presentation – At the end of the program, interns present their learnings and contributions to senior leaders, giving them an opportunity to showcase growth, insights, and impact.

12 Weeks of Growth
Our 12-week internship blends on-the-job experience, group projects, mentorship, and customer-focused learning. Interns also take part in development sessions to build workplace-ready skills.
