Lowell and his son raise grain on more than 1,500 acres in central Ohio. He is a retired General Superintendent with Thomas and Marker Construction. He is a member of the Ohio Farm Bureau, the Ohio Soybean Association, the American Soybean Association, Boggs Masonic Lodge #292 and De Graff United Methodist Church. Lowell received a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture Education from The Ohio State University. Prior to being elected to the Farm Credit Mid-America Board, he served on the Bellefontaine Advisory Committee. Lowell is a member of the Human Resources Committee and the CEO Search Committee. He recently served as Vice Chair of the CEO Search Committee and Vice Chair of the Governance Committee.
